Adrian Zenere      Principal & Nominated Architect       B.SC(Arch) B.Arch (UNSW)    NSW Registration No. 5457   AIA Member No. 12576   AIA A+ Practice Member  ANSR Member   Archicentre Accredited Architect    Builders Licence No. 97800C Adrian was born in Sydney and grew up in the St George suburb of Oatley and now resides in Connells Point close to his architectural design studio Archizen Architects in South Hurstville. He graduated from the UNSW in 1984 after completing a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) degree and a Bachelor of Architecture degree.   Adrian became a Registered Architect in 1990 with the NSW Registration board of architects and then in 1999 he became a member of the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) and more recently an  Australian Institute of Architects A+ practice member.  Adrian is also an active member of  the Architects' Network Southern Region (ANSR).  After graduating he worked for a large architectural practice in North Sydney and completed large scale residential and commercial projects both here in Australia and overseas. Adrian also became a licensed builder and registered with The Dept of Fair Trading in 1996 so his designs are both practical and cost effective to build.  After building several of his own successful residential development projects Adrian has gained a full understanding of the building process and is now actively involved in small Real Estate Development, in particular 'Sustainable Development'.   Adrian is the co-founder of the Real Estate Development Club and co-author of the popular property development book  RED Armchair Entrepreneurs RED Hot Property Profit$ How To create cashflow through small real estate development - a guide book for budding property entrepreneurs. Adrian is also an accredited architect for Archicentre, the building advisory service for the Australian Institute of Architects.  Apart from running his own architectural practice Adrian is an Area Architect for Archicentre, responsible for the St George and Sutherland Shire Areas.  His architectural designs have been featured in the following publications "Australian Property Investor, Luxury Home Design, Lifestyle Magazine, The Sydney Morning Herald & The Sun Herald." Adrian's area of expertise is in Ecological Sustainable Development and in ensuring that future designs are respectful of our environment.  His special interest is in the Philosophy of Feng Shui both for its practicality in design and for it's harmonious living.  Adrian combines his knowledge of these principals in his Holistic Architecture and Eco Balanced design solutions.  When studying the ancient philosophy of Feng shui Adrian trained under Grand Master Yap Cheng Hai who is the founder of the Yap Cheng Hai Academy and considered to be the top exponent and feng shui consultant in the world today.  Grand Master Yap is also the creator of the martial art of longevity Yan Shou Gong.  This has lead to Adrian's fascination of the martial arts and becoming an instructor and the proud holder of a black belt in the Korean martial art of Tae-Kwon-Do. Adrian more recently has attended the classes of Feng Shui Consultant Joey Yap. Adrian has nearly three decades of experience and knowledge in luxury new houses, renovations, additions, boutique apartments, multi unit developments, townhouses, villas, aged care, child care / pre schools, commercial and industrial projects.  He has managed to build a reputation in the Southern Suburbs of being a friendly professional, driven by results and passionate about taking green architecture to a new level with his Holistic Eco Balanced smarter design solutions.
