They were after a practical home over three levels with separate teenage areas that incorporated both solar design and feng shui principles.   The result being a stylish contemporary design, harmonious with the surrounding landscape and capturing panoramic waterviews from the upper levels.  Landscaping by Jamie Durie of Patio Design. Waterfont Renovation & Addition Sylvania Waters NSW 2224 - Sutherland Shire Council On behalf of Archicentre, Archizen was asked to prepare a pre-purchase renovation report for a waterfront home on a 1246sqm block located in the popular Sutherland Shire suburb of Sylvania Waters. . As a result the owners Prem and Julia then asked Archizen to transform and accommodate medical offices in their 1970's style brick home.  Renovations costs were $334,000 and the property was sold in 2010 for well over $3.5million. . Archizen designed a home that connected the indoor and outdoor living spaces of this waterfront home.  This sleek design was featured in the following publications; 'The Daily Telegraph Home Magazine',  'The Australian Property Investor Magazine' and 'Lifestyle Magazine'. . Suburban Renovation & Addition Bexley NSW 2207 - Rockdale City Council Clients Michael and Cathy asked archizen to transform their suburban Bexley home into a modern oasis. .  Archizen designed a practical family floorplan with an extension that gave the home unique street appeal and took  in the lovely surrounding district views with large windows and balconies for entertaining.     Inner City Semi- Detached Renovation Croydon Park NSW 2132 - Canterbury City Council  Archizen was asked by executives Leo and Emma to transform their small brick semi-detached home in Croydon Park to a spaceous modern alfresco entertaining space. ..  The result was an open spaced, low maintainence home that relected their busy lifestyles, complete with outdoor entertaining areas and built-in authentic pizza oven.  Featured in 'The Daily Telegraph Home Magazine'.      Eco Townhouse Development Mackay QLD 4740 - Mackay Regional Council Budding RED Club property developers Kathy and Stuart asked Archizen to design their first townhouse development in the rapidly growing Queensland town of Mackay.  . Located opposite the Mackay Base Hospital Kathy and Stuart wanted a practical and cost effective eco design that would suit their potential neighbouring medical and nursing staff tenants.  . Archizen came up with a flexible floorplan that maximised the floor space ratio of each individual townhouse design.  This DA approved eco development embraces green principles and allows for each townhouse to have its own private outdoor area. .   Boutique Townhouse Development Woolooware NSW 2230 - Sutherland Shire Council  This DA approved luxury 2-storey boutique townhouse development was custom designed for a sloping site in the Sydney southern suburb of Woolooware.   Overlooking an adjacent 3-storey building these exclusive 4 bedroom townhouses included all the luxury features of today's modern townhouse living, each with private entertaining areas.     New Waterfront Boutique Multi Unit Development Yeppoon QLD 4703 - Rockhampton Regional Council DA approved luxury boutique multi-unit development including penthouse apartments.  Each apartment designed to capture 180 degree panoramic water and district views of Yeppoon Queensland, the gateway to the beautiful Great Keppel Islands. . Span over 5 levels, this boutique development was designed for a difficult sloping and narrow site.  Archizen maximised the floor space ratio of each apartment while maintaining optimum privacy.  This development complex included private and common areas as well as a full length lap pool and entertaining areas. .   New Golf Club Pavillion Sydney NSW 2000 - Randwick City Council Located in a highly visible and sensitive location this new golf club pavillion was designed so its colour and form blended harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. .
